Tashkent hosted an international conference on “Application of unmanned aerial vehicle technologies in sectors of the economy”.
Tashkent hosted an international conference on “Application of unmanned aerial vehicle technologies in sectors of the economy”.The conference was organized by the State Design Scientific Research Institute of Engineering Surveys in Construction, Geoinformatics and Urban Planning Cadastre in cooperation with the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Geoscan Group of Companies (Russia). It was attended by representatives of relevant ministries and departments, experts from Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and other countries, specialists of the sphere.
The main goal of this conference is to develop the project-search and contracting organizations of the country, to attract the most modern innovative technologies into the economy of the country, as well as to study foreign experience on wide use of unmanned aerial vehicles in agriculture and urban development.
Within the framework of the conference, an exhibition of products grown using UAV, textural models of documents – topographical plans of territories of urban and rural settlements.
Participants of the conference visited the Aranchi airfield in Kuyichirchik district of Tashkent region, and monitored the process of using drones at a special testing site.
