As part of the international investment forum “Do Business in Syrdarya!”, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Oybek Anvarov, Advisor to the Hokim of Syrdarya region on Digitalization, and Azzan Al Kindi, CEO of Oman’s Rihal company.

This agreement opens up new opportunities in the digital economy in Syrdarya region. According to the memorandum, qualified programmers will soon be employed, and a full-fledged branch of Rihal will be opened in the region.

Additionally, the cooperation aims to attract central Omani IT and BPO companies to the region. This will be a crucial step toward developing the digital technology market in Syrdarya region, supporting startups, and expanding the range of innovative services.
