Almaty, Kazakhstan, hosted cycling competitions among representatives of Asia in the individual time trial in the elite category (women).

Olga Zabelinskaya and Yanina Kuskova, members of the Uzbekistan women’s team, participated in the 20-kilometer race. Olga won a gold medal, and Yanina was awarded a silver medal.

It should be noted that thanks to this victory, O. Zabelinskaya became a three-time Asian champion in road cycling, and Y. Kuskova became a prize-winner of the continental championship for the second time.

The number of our awards at the Asian Championship has reached 1 gold and 4 silver medals.
