Official Statement: More than 91 thousand citizens are under quarantine
Two patients are in critical condition.
Head of the State Inspection of Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance under the Cabinet of Ministers, Chief State Sanitary Inspector of the country Nurmat Otabekov notes:
– The number of coronavirus infected in Uzbekistan has reached 1380 people. According to the Scientific Research Institute of Virology, 27 patients out of 102 treated at the Institute’s clinic have clinical signs of pneumonia, the state of the four is assessed as serious, one person is in critical condition.
Two patients’ condition out of 98 being treated at the Scientific Research Institute of Epidemiology, Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, is assessed as serious. The state of 8 out of 135 patients undergoing treatment in a multidisciplinary clinic of Tashkent Medical Academy is serious, 35 patients have clinical signs of pneumonia, one person is in critical condition.
