Nukus hosted Uzbekistan Boxing Cup among youth born in 2003-2004.

The tournament was attended by about 300 Uzbekistan boxers and competed in 11 weight categories. It was organized by Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Tourism and Sports, Boxing Federation and its Karakalpakstan branch.

Karakalpakstan took first place. The second place went to Andijan, and the third to the Republican College of Olympic Reserve.

Winners were awarded Uzbekistan Boxing Cup, diplomas and memorable gifts from the organizers.
