Now the World Customs Organization has its Registan
There is a unique museum at the headquarters of the World Customs Organization, in Brussels. Its collection contains various souvenirs, samples of service uniforms, and other gifts handed over by the customs services of the member states, as well as models of historical buildings that are the hallmark of these countries.
The exposition of the museum has now been replenished with new exhibits telling about Uzbekistan and its customs service.
The delegation of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which visited Belgium as part of the 18th Global Meeting of WCO Regional Structures, met with the Secretary General of the organization Kunio Mikuriya.

At the meeting, representatives of the delegation, on behalf of the Chairman of the State Customs Committee Akmalkhuja Mavlonov, handed over to Mr. Mikuriya a model of Registan Square with the symbol of the customs service of Uzbekistan and a headdress of its employees – a cap.

On the same day, these souvenirs were placed in the exhibition hall of the museum of the World Customs Organization.
