Tashkent hosted the presentation of the “New Uzbekistan” album book, published by Uzbekistan Printing House.

On the eve of the 30th anniversary of Uzbekistan’s independence, the new album book aroused great interest among the public, representatives of various ministries and agencies, and media employees.

As it was noted, 30 years of independence are truly the brightest pages in the history of the country. Over these years, the multinational people of Uzbekistan, having shown their huge potential, strong will and courage, steadfastly overcoming trials and difficulties, have passed a long way of development.

Uzbekistan has turned into a modern, open and democratic state, where all spheres are dynamically developing, the standard of living and socio-political activity of citizens is growing, their consciousness and worldview are changing, the state has become a full member of the world community, actively building friendship and cooperation with countries near and far abroad.

As a result of the reforms implemented in recent years, primarily based on the implementation of the Action Strategy on five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021, significant progress has been achieved in the radical modernization of the political, legal, socio-economic, spiritual-educational spheres, the implementation of the idea “From national revival to national progress”.

“New Uzbekistan” tells about the huge creative work during the years of independence, high efficiency of cardinal and comprehensive reforms to build a new state and society carried out over the past five years.

The album book is published in Uzbek, Russian and English.
