New Production Line Farm “Chakmok” in Jizzakh district

The “Chakmok” farm in Jizzakh district of Jizzakh region organized a new production line.The farm, effectively using opportunities and benefits established under the leadership of the President of our country for the agricultural sector, achieves excellent results in animal husbandry and poultry farming. The farm has an area of 55 hectares, 5 hectares of which has been organized greenhouse.
Over the past three years, the farm prepared more than 30 tons of meat, 170 tons of milk, more than 40 000 eggs, and 625 kilograms of cocoons. Also there is milk processing production, which produced 11 kinds of products from 2 tons of milk per day. Butter, kefir, cream, cottage cheese and other products in a convenient package are supplied to the pre-school institutions and shops.
In the new facility of the farm - the slaughterhouse it is possible to get 25-30 tons of meat per day. It has modern equipment, allows working on the slaughter of cattle, cutting and clearing carcasses, primary skin tanning - fully automated.
Veterinary supervision and laboratory testing of products are carried out at the facility, which ensures to guarantee the quality of the meat.
Multidimensional character of the farm in addition to expanding the economic potential of farmers plays an important role in providing employment. As a result of the commissioning of new production on the farm were created an additional 35 workplaces.
