A delegation from Uzbekistan met with the leadership of the New York Film Academy (NYFA) – President Michael Young, Chief Strategy Officer and Dean of the Los Angeles Campus Dan Mackler, and Vice President for Academic Affairs Sonny Calderon.

The parties exchanged information on the academy’s activities and discussed potential areas of cooperation in film education. Particular attention was given to prospects for joint educational programs, professional development opportunities, and to creating conditions for the career growth of young specialists in the film and media industry.

Following the meeting, the Uzbekistan delegation toured NYFA’s educational facilities, reviewed its material and technical resources, and gained insight into the organization of the academic process on campus.
