Prospects for cooperation in attracting direct investments in the fish industry, assistance in developing and mastering the latest technologies for processing fish products (cleaning, cooling, freezing, drying, filleting and canning), building hatcheries were discussed at the meeting.

During the negotiations, the parties emphasized favorable investment climate in the country and the great opportunities for foreign investors.

The meeting served as a platform for implementation of measures on attracting direct investment in the sphere, effective use of existing water bodies, creation of fish hatcheries, cultivation of fish based on intensive technologies, as well as strengthening the feed base.

Following the negotiations, a joint Cooperation Agreement was signed between Ipoteka Bank and Al Qalsem Sea Global Company.
