Uzbekistan National Institute of Metrology in cooperation with Germany’s Atlas International Company has organized a special laboratory for measuring equipment and photo-video recording systems.

Funds in the amount of 1.4 million euros allocated by Germany will be used to strengthen the quality of infrastructure of the project's participating states –Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan.

An agreement was signed between Uzstandard Agency, Uzbekistan National Institute of Metrology and Atlas International to organize a laboratory for measuring equipment and photo-video recording systems.

The modern laboratory completely works online and sends a report of violations directly to the database of the Road Safety Administration. German partners will provide a full range of services for photo-video radars.
