New joint project
The Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea are time-tested, reliable strategic partners. Relations between the two countries are consistently developing in all directions, in particular, in the field of healthcare. This is confirmed by the Korean Traditional Medicine Center, which has been opened in Tashkent.

The new Center is created in collaboration with Tashkent Medical Academy and the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI).
The office of the center is equipped with all necessary equipment, tools and materials. Within the framework of the educational process, various types of acupuncture will be presented in the treatment room, such as the knife and thread methods, pharmacopuncture.
It is planned to jointly develop an educational program on traditional oriental medicine, hold the first scientific-practical symposium on integration of traditional medicine into modern medicine.
