At the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Technologies, the GAP women’s IT club was created together with the IT Park to involve women in information technology.
The Club supports the improvement of women’s IT literacy by providing them with training and employment opportunities in this field.

An event of the GAP women’s IT club was held at the branch of the Sambhram University of India in Jizzakh to increase the role of women in society, their knowledge, ensure their employment, expand their worldview, assist in choosing professions based on interests and abilities, as well as their motivation.

More than 150 women and girls took part in debates organized on various topics, and contests. Memorable gifts were presented to the contest winners.

The speakers also spoke about the opportunities provided to girls and women in this field, their role in society and activities carried out to improve their digital literacy.
