This year, the State Corporation “Rosatom” at the International Industrial Exhibition “INNOPROM. Central Asia”, presents comprehensive solutions to ensure the energy sovereignty of Central Asia.
“We understand that effectively combating climate change and ensuring the country’s energy sovereignty is possible only through an integrated approach based on a balance of nuclear and thermal energy, renewable energy sources, and integration with energy storage systems. A balanced mix of various sources of generation and storage allows the country’s energy system to be more sustainable, including when operating in the mode of cross-border electricity flows”, noted Sergey Gromov, Director General of Rosatom – Central Asia regional center.
The Rosatom stand presents technologies that make it possible to ensure the sustainability of the current energy system of Central Asia, taking into account the development of new projects. Visitors to the exhibition can get acquainted with technologies in renewable energy sources, energy storage systems capable of withstanding increased loads, the latest developments in nuclear medicine, and metal composite cylinders capable of operating in extreme temperatures from -60 to +65 C.
The stand also presents extensive information about stationary energy storage systems and traction batteries designed for use in automotive production (passenger cars, electric trucks, electric vehicles, and special equipment), at large industrial enterprises to provide power supply, and in the development of IT infrastructure.
