Participants of the press tour, organized by the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of Uzbekistan, got acquainted with the activities of the enterprise. It employs 450 people. NBU allocated $8 million to purchase German equipment.

The enterprise plans to establish the production of ready-made clothes and knitwear. This will serve to employ 400 more people. The enterprise plays an important role in increasing the economic potential of the country.

The participants of the press tour visited the service center of Khiva Bank in the Nurullabay historical complex. The center serves not only the population, but also tourists. The center’s employees plan to provide all types of banking services – loans, digital account maintenance, remote payments under the I-Bank program and the Milliy mobile application, opening deposit accounts, online conversion.

Khorezm region has great tourism potential. There should be many hotels in the region where many tourists, local pilgrims arrive. Khiva Fayz hotel was another place for the participants of the press tour to visit.

The hotel has been operating recently, but has already become popular. It was built at the expense of the NBU loan for 2.4 billion UZS. It can provide services to 60 clients at the same time. The hotel employs 20 people.

The Islam-Khoja minaret in the Ichan-Kala complex was considered a kind of symbol of the city. Nurullabay complex has been added to this symbol, and Khiva is the owner of the national value.

The second day of the press tour began with an acquaintance with the activities of New Best Style LLC in Tuprokkala district of Khorezm region. The company with the Max Decor trademark began operating in December 2019. The products are in demand not only among the local population, but also in neighboring countries. At the enterprise, established together with the Chinese wallpaper production enterprises Kapros Group, Yien, special attention is paid to quality. According to the company’s specialists, the production of high-quality wallpaper was achieved thanks to the installation of modern production lines developed in China, purchased with a loan from NBU for $1,178,000. The enterprise produces 750 thousand rolls of wallpaper per year. It employs 100 people. Products are exported to Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, UAE, Indonesia.

The journalists got acquainted with the activities of Nur Muhammad Islom Obod LLC on the production of disposable gloves. The enterprise is located in Tuprokkala district. At the expense of the NBU loan for 6 billion UZS, a line for the production of disposable latex gloves was purchased in China. Raw materials for the production of medical gloves are purchased from China and Thailand. The annual capacity of the enterprise is 20 million pairs of gloves. The company employs 50 people. Products are exported to Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan.
