New draft law on preschool education system discussed

The event, held by the Ministry of Preschool Education together with UNICEF, was attended by specialists from the State Inspection for Supervision of Quality in Education, ministries of justice, public education, higher and secondary special education, employment and labor relations, international experts, qualified teachers and methodologists of preschool education institutions.
A working group was created at the workshop on the basis of a joint resolution of relevant ministries by attracting UNICEF experts to draft a law. The structure of the teacher’s professional standard, its content, and the requirements for its preparation were discussed. Experts held presentations on international pedagogical standards.
