As part of his visit to Germany, the Minister of Investments, Industry, and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Laziz Kudratov participated in the annual meeting of the World Alliance of International Financial Centers and several business forums, as well as held meetings with the heads of major companies and financial institutions.

Discussions were held with the leadership of Deutsche Bank and Frankfurt Main Finance, culminating in the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation with Frankfurt Main Finance aimed at developing the financial sector and enhancing institutional cooperation.

A bilateral meeting was also held with the First Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam, Nguyen Hoa Binh, during which opportunities for expanding economic cooperation and implementing joint projects were discussed.

As part of the Uzbekistan National Investment Fund forum, special attention was given to financing large-scale projects with the participation of Franklin Templeton.

In addition, the Minister held meetings with the heads of leading companies in the fields of energy, infrastructure, communications, finance, urban development, and industry.

One of the key events of the visit was the business forum “Growth Partner Uzbekistan – Strategy, Projects, Performance”, where new initiatives were put forward to strengthen partnerships with Commerzbank and to introduce effective mechanisms for financing promising projects.
