New Approaches to Management: International Experience, Dialogue and Cooperation
20:52 / 2024-02-01

Tashkent hosted the third International Management Forum.

The event was attended by experts and practitioners from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia, as well as owners and managers of large and medium-sized businesses, employees of HRD and HR agencies, heads of functional departments, directors of corporate universities and training centers.

Honorary Professor of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov Tokhir Bozorov, Italian expert Leonid Krol, and others spoke about new approaches to management, expanding professional contacts, familiarization with advanced technologies, and innovative methods of personnel management.

According to the forum organizer, Timur Yadgarov, the event created a platform for interaction and exchange of experience.

“The forum is being held in Tashkent for the third time, and this event is important for us, since our goal is to study and apply global management technologies and methods. Therefore, we invited leaders and experts from our country’s most advanced organizations, banks, and enterprises to the event. They communicate with specialists from abroad and learn management experience. More than 20 masterclasses were organized as part of the forum. I think it was a convenient opportunity for local participants”, said Mr. Yadgarov.

At the forum, participants exchanged ideas on transformation and change management, innovation and corporate culture, collaboration between expats and local teams, corporate governance in family companies, startups and venture capital investments, and team management.

Participants were interested in the opportunities to gain knowledge about new management approaches and tools, expand their network of professional contacts, become familiar with advanced technologies, and study innovative methods related to personnel management.
