The project, designed for development of professional qualifications of newly hired personnel with no experience in services, was implemented by the Center of Certification of Tourist Services under the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Tourism Development to create additional facilities for entrepreneurs engaged in hospitality services.

Hotel Staff Qualification app includes professions that directly contact visitors of accommodation facilities, including reception and accommodation services, cleaning services, concierge, waiter, security services and others.

The app is developed in Uzbek and Russian, in text and audio formats, on Android and iOS platforms.
