On September 6-10, 2021, Tashkent hosted the regular meeting of the Government delegations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Joint Uzbekistan-Kazakhstan Demarcation Commission, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

At the meeting, the parties continued to discuss the draft Agreement between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan on the demarcation of Uzbekistan – Kazakhstan state border, as well as the preparation of draft final documents for the demarcation of the state border.

The next meeting will be held in Uzbekistan in October 2021.
