Director of the Agency for the Development of Pharmaceutical Industry Sardor Koriyev arrived in Hungary as part of the government delegation of Uzbekistan.

According to the Agency, talks with representatives of pharmaceutical companies were held during the visit.

At the meeting with representatives of Meditop Pharmaceutical Ltd, Sardor Koriyev spoke about the investment attractiveness of Uzbekistan in pharmaceuticals, familiarized the participants with the activities of pharmaceutical enterprises.

The possibilities of implementing an investment project for the production of drugs for the treatment of epilepsy, antibiotics and analgesics were also discussed at the meeting.

Following the meeting, employees of Meditop Pharmaceutical Ltd, which has patents for 13 types of medicines and exports its products to almost 20 countries, including Germany, Vietnam, Japan, familiarized representatives of the Agency with production and research-production laboratory.

Experts led by Sardor Koriyev also visited the Gedeon Richter company.
