NBU has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Amity University Tashkent. The agreement aims to enhance practical education and train young specialists in information technology and economics.
This marks the thirteenth higher education institution in the country with which the bank has established a partnership.
According to the memorandum, students majoring in Information Technology and Economics can undertake internships and practical training at various bank branches. They will gain hands-on experience by participating in the bank’s digital transformation and innovation projects.
“This is not just an agreement, but a strategic partnership. We want students to gain theoretical knowledge, be actively involved in the bank’s modern projects, and acquire real-world experience”, noted NBU representatives.
As part of the cooperation, the following initiatives are planned:
– organization of internships and practical training for students;
– participation of NBU specialists in delivering lectures and presentations;
– exchange of analytical data and applied research developments between the university and the bank.
The signed memorandum opens new opportunities for students seeking to apply their knowledge in IT and finance in practice and to lay the foundation for joining the digital future of the country’s banking sector.
