The National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan received the Quality Achievements Award 2021 for the quality of the activities carried out and the services provided to the population of Uzbekistan at the international convention of the European Society for Quality Research. The event is dedicated to the recognition and rewarding of the achievements of the best companies, government agencies and organizations from around the world in the field of quality management.

On December 11, 2021, Dubai, UAE hosted the official Quality Achievements Award 2021 by the European Society for Quality Research, which is recognized to promote a culture of quality and improve quality in organizations, regardless of their size and geographic location.

The event was attended by over 100 organizations from countries such as the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, the United Kingdom, India, China, UAE, Malaysia, Singapore, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, South Africa and leading European countries. NBU was awarded among the state organizations of Uzbekistan.

Members and experts of the European Society for Quality Research highlighted the best practices of conducting business activities of the NBU, its significant role in the banking sector of Uzbekistan and the economic development of the country. The experts also noted the transformation of its activities carried out by the bank, providing for the application of the value system based on the ESQR Quality Performance Model.

The European Society for Quality Research (ESQR) promotes quality awareness, recognizes good business practices, technological innovation, quality achievements in organizations worldwide, and publicizes these organizations’ successful performance strategies.
