On November 18, the Uzbekistan – France Business Forum was held at MEDEF International, in Paris.

The business forum was attended by leading companies of France and Uzbekistan in agriculture, aviation industry, railway transport, logistics and communications, energy, mining, service and consulting, construction, as well as heads of banking and financial institutions.

One of the significant events of the business forum was the signing ceremony between the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Société Générale S.A of France of a Cooperation Agreement providing for the attraction of a credit line for 50 million euros.

The parties reached an agreement on financing a project in transport, which provides for the supply of French-made aircraft of the ATR 72-600 model.
