A gastronomic fair on the occasion of Navruz festivities took place in the historical complex “Shahristan” of Bukhara. The skills of Bukhara women in cooking were demonstrated. About a hundred confectioners from the cities and districts of the region presented spring dishes, national sweets and confectionery products.

The event was a masterclass for women who want to start their own business, a pastry shop, a national sweet shop or a simple bakery. The reason is that there was an opportunity to learn and exchange experience with the masters of their work, skilled cooks.

Hokim of the region Botir Zaripov attended the event.
