Celebrations of the Eastern New Year started in the early morning in the Avesto Garden Complex in Urgench city, Khorezm.

Companies and organizations, mahallas, education institutions, national cultural centers of different nationalities in the region presented their cultural programs, national craft products, traditions and values.

Spring dishes were prepared and distributed at the Navruz Festival organized in the center of Khorezm region. Jurabek Rakhimov, the Acting Hokim of Khorezm region, and representatives of the region congratulated residents and guests on Navruz.

Exhibitions and holiday performances were prepared in the pavilions reserved for all districts and cities of the region. Famous singers, artistic and folk ensembles, as well as the performances of well-known art and culture representatives from the capital, gave pleasure to the participants of the festival.
