The breath of spring is felt everywhere in Uzbekistan. Navruz – a holiday of kindness and mercy, prosperity and abundance, is approaching.

Navruz Festival started early in the morning in Surkhandarya region’s Jarkurgan district.

National songs and melodies are played on Pakhtakor Square. Folklore groups are presenting their colorful programs. The festive celebrations continue, and artists, pop stars, and puppet theater groups are performing on the stage.

Surkhandarya region’s Hokim Elmurod Avazov, who participated in the festive event, congratulated everyone on the holiday and wished them well-being, peace, and prosperity.
