The nationwide referendum on the draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan” began at 8:00 AM to the sounds of the National Anthem of Uzbekistan.

The 6th polling station for holding a referendum in the city of Navoi was carefully prepared for this important political process. According to the Chairman of the precinct commission Shakhnoza Tosheva, 2859 voters were registered, of which 951 people are young. 9 people voted early.

 “At today’s referendum, I was one of the first to vote”, says Abduaziz Abdurasulov, a resident of “Yangi Ariq” mahalla. – I am 85 years old. My voice today will serve the prosperity and bright future of our country. I believe that every citizen should take an active part in this important political process.

The voting process continues at the polling stations.
