Navoi hosted the third International Scientific and Technical Conference “Integrated innovative development of Zarafshan oasis: achievements, problems and prospects”.

The Director General of JSC Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Plant K.Sanakulov addressed the event.

At the two-day conference, participants discussed the achievements in geology, mining and processing of minerals, chemical technology, mechanical engineering, energy, alternative energy sources, agriculture, and ecology.

The participants visited several industrial enterprises in the city of Navoi and got acquainted with their activities.

Following the conference, a press conference for media representatives was held.
