In the women’s boxing championships, Uzbekistan’s Navbakhor Khamidova entered the ring against Morelle McCane from the United States in the weight category up to 66 kilograms. She became the winner and reached the quarterfinals.

Thus, N.Khamidova, who successfully passed the 1/8 stage of the competition, will have to fight with Chen Nien-chin from Chinese Taipei for the semifinals.
