The nationwide charity hashar kicked off on March 18.

This year, the nationwide hashar on the eve of the Navruz holiday is held under the motto “A well-maintained and beautiful mahalla is the beauty of the country”.

Much attention is paid to the improvement of mahallas, settlements, squares, places of worship, cemeteries, playgrounds. Streets and squares, neighborhoods, social facilities are being put in order.

Many ornamental and fruit trees will be planted during the hashar as part of the nationwide project “Yashil Makon”.

Special attention is also paid to supporting socially vulnerable segments of the population.

The nationwide hashar is organized in all mahallas, towns, villages and labor collectives of Uzbekistan.
