Shafirkan district of Bukhara region hosted a spiritual and enlightenment event “Secrets of Uzbek artistic embroidery”, within the framework of the Youth Month based on the project “National Values”.

At the event, held under the motto “Youth of New Uzbekistan, let’s unite!”, members of the society of campaigners “Ma’rifat”, as well as activists of the district, visited the famous embroiderer Mukhabbat Kuchkarova, who lives in “Bogiafzal” mahalla. They got acquainted with her works and noted girls’ modesty in the current age of globalization, the simplicity of the outfits they choose, and the rules of decency and national etiquette inherent in our customs.

The event, aimed at promoting our national values, the image in our view of the Uzbek woman as a symbol of virtue left a vivid impression on all those present.
