Tajikistan hosts a meeting of the Council of National Coordinators of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states.

The main goal is to finalize the draft agenda and documents of the SCO Summit to be held on September 16-17 in Dushanbe.

It is expected that following the Dushanbe summit, the chairmanship in the SCO will pass to Uzbekistan.
