The implementation of the latest medical achievements for the early diagnosis of diseases, including cancer, where it plays a crucial role, was discussed during the negotiations between the National Chamber of Innovative Healthcare of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Roche Diagnostics International Company.

Roche Diagnostics, founded in 1896, is one of the leaders in the field of in-vitro diagnostics and histological diagnostics of oncological diseases. 

As it was noted at the meeting, the company continues to look for new opportunities for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

The parties discussed the possibilities of high-performance technologies in diagnosis, including their impact on reducing the growing costs of healthcare. Thus, the treatment of chronic diseases plays an important role in the cost of the healthcare system today. In-vitro diagnostics, which helps to identify the disease at an early stage, also affects the improvement of treatment results and therefore reduces costs.

An agreement was reached on further cooperation in such areas as the search and use of new methods for diagnosing diseases, including molecular diagnostics of HIV and tuberculosis, and optimization of laboratory infrastructure.
