The National Chamber of Innovative Healthcare of Uzbekistan organized virtual talks with the French diversified company Boccard on the issue of establishing cooperation in the production of pharmaceutical products that meet European quality standards.

Representatives of the National Chamber of Innovative Healthcare of Uzbekistan noted that the introduction of advanced developments in the pharmaceutical sector of the country is one of the tasks of this state structure.

The National Chamber invited representatives of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan to attend the talks.

The participants of the meeting were interested in the experience of a French company in blood plasma fractionation. Boccard has established cooperation in this direction with another French company LFB, which is a leader in this field.

The Uzbek side noted that establishing in Uzbekistan the production of pharmaceutical products that meet European quality standards will undoubtedly become a practical step towards improving the quality of medical services for the population, developing medical tourism, and expanding the export potential of domestic medicines.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue interaction with a view to detailed consideration of the possibilities for the implementation of partnership projects.
