Namangan residents took an active part in the nationwide hashar
A nationwide charity hashar was held in Namangan in a festive spirit.
The event was held under the motto “A well-maintained mahalla is a well-maintained country” in all mahallas of the city of Namangan with the active participation of their residents, as well as representatives of the city administration, elderly, religious figures, activists, and youth.
Holding a hashar, a symbol of solidarity and kindness, on the eve of the 33rd anniversary of Uzbekistan’s independence has a deep meaning. Its participants unitedly tidied up the streets, mahallas, mosques, cemeteries, and holy places.
During the event, food products were also delivered to low-income families, disabled people, and lonely elderly people.
