An agreement was reached in the Hokimiyat of Davlatabad district of Namangan region within the framework of an Intergovernmental Agreement between Uzbekistan and Latvia, as well as measures taken by the President of Uzbekistan to develop business with the participation of foreign investment and create favorable conditions for entrepreneurship.

An Agreement on Strategic Partnership was signed between Namangan’s Art Soft Holding and Latvia’s AP Holding Shipleart LLC. The signing ceremony was attended by the Hokim of Davlatabad district, and the ambassadors of the two countries.

The Agreement provides for the creation of a European office in Latvia under the Art Soft Europa brand. The new structure will represent the interests of Art Soft Holding in the markets of the European Union and Ukraine.

The Agreement will not only allow Art Soft Holding to develop its export potential in the European and Ukrainian markets, but will also ensure that the Government of Uzbekistan fulfills the tasks of further increasing export volumes.
