Hokim of Namangan Anvar Otakhojayev visited the Park of Culture and Recreation named after Zakhiriddin Muhammad Babur, where the International Flower Festival will be held.

He noted that it is necessary to cultivate the land in the park, plant seedlings, and organize an irrigation system using water-saving technologies.
