Namangan hosted Uzbekistan Youth Karting Championship. It was organized by Uchkurgan District Educational Sports and Technical Club of Vatanparvar Defense Promotion Organization.

The event was attended by 80 athletes from Tashkent city and regions. The athletes competed in karting races with an engine capacity of 50, 61.5, 125, 250 cm/cc.

Tashkent team became the first, Namangan the second and Syrdarya the third.

Winners were awarded certificates and memorable gifts from the organizers.
