Hokim of Namangan region Shavkatjon Abdurazzokov held talks with the head of the network of international medical institutions in Türkiye “Liv Hospital” Ms. Meri İstiroti. The virtual talks were attended by leading representatives of the region’s healthcare and leaders of Liv Hospital.

The parties exchanged views on training specialists, advanced training of medical workers, and the transfer of medical institutions to a modern management format.

“Within a week, we will send a delegation to Türkiye consisting of directors and doctors of medical institutions in the region. They will exchange experience in oncology, neurosurgery, otorhinolaryngology, traumatology and orthopedics”, the head of the region said.

An agreement was reached on phased work to establish medical tourism in Namangan region and conduct high-tech surgical operations.
