A public discussion of the draft Constitutional Law “On introducing amendments and addenda to the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was held at the Press House of the city of Termez.

The event was organized on the initiative of Surkhandarya regional territorial branch of the Nationwide Movement “Yuksalish” under the motto “My Constitution”.

The event was attended by members of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, deputies of Surkhandarya Regional Council of People’s Deputies, representatives of state and non-state organizations, media workers.

Following the discussions, a National Public Resolution was adopted in support of constitutional reforms.
