The event is organized by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan jointly with the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan in order to increase tourism potential of Muynak district and brand awareness of the region. 

The program includes such events as National Games Open Championship, performances at the fire by folk poets – bakhshi and jirau, Oriental Clothes Fashion Shows, street performances, exhibitions of Karakalpakstan craftsmen and Kite Festival. In addition, guests can visit artisans’ village in Muynak district, take part in construction of yurts and cooking national dish Sumalak, as well as enjoy concert by Karakalpak State Musical Theater named after Berdaq.
