In Farghona District’s park of culture and recreation located in the village of Vodil, modern attractions have been installed and a zone of relaxation has been created for representatives of the older generation.

At the initiative of labour veteran Holdorali Qulfiddinov, a district history museum has been created in the park. In this moderate-size museum, photographs depicting moments of the history of the district’s villages are displayed. There are also photographs showing meetings between First President Islam Karimov and people of the village of Vodil.

Here it is also possible to learn about the lives and work of famous scientists, artists and writers who were born in this district.
