According to the National Statistics Committee, 27.8 thousand citizens of Uzbekistan traveled abroad for educational purposes in January-November 2025.

This figure decreased by almost 6.7 thousand people, or 19.3%, compared to the same period last year.

The top 10 destinations most frequently visited by Uzbekistan citizens for education during this period were:

Russia – 6,235 people;

Tajikistan – 5,943 people;

Kyrgyz Republic – 4,219 people;

South Korea – 3,410 people;

Türkiye – 2,381 people;

China – 1,231 people;

Kazakhstan – 1,074 people;

United Kingdom – 870 people;

Germany – 384 people;

United States – 333 people.
