More than 9 million tons of transit cargo were transported through the territory of Uzbekistan
The volume of transit cargo transported (by road and by rail) through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan in January-December 2022 amounted to 9,194.5 thousand tons.
According to the State Statistics Committee, 7,522.3 thousand tons were transported by rail (in relation to the total volume of cargo 81.8%), by road – 1,672.2 thousand tons (in relation to the total volume of cargo 18.2%).
