According to the National Statistics Committee, a total of 783.7 thousand foreign citizens visited Uzbekistan for tourism purposes between January and June 2025.

This figure represents an increase of 255.1 thousand people, or 48.3%, compared to the same period last year.

The distribution of foreign tourists by country of origin in the first half of 2025 is as follows:

Russia – 166.6 thousand;

Turkmenistan – 123.0 thousand;

Kazakhstan – 77.7 thousand;

Kyrgyz Republic – 71.6 thousand;

Tajikistan – 49.1 thousand;

China – 39.1 thousand;

Türkiye – 29.3 thousand;

India – 22.0 thousand;

Italy – 18.6 thousand;

South Korea – 14.9 thousand;

Germany – 14.7 thousand;

United States – 13.2 thousand;

Other countries – 143.9 thousand.
