More than 51 percent of shares of Uzbekistan Champagne JSC are sold
According to the State Assets Management Agency, an agreement was reached on selling 51.48 percent of state shares in the authorized capital of Uzbekistan Champagne JSC.
The message notes that to select the most acceptable proposals, the Agency hired the KPMG international company as a privatization consultant.
Five expressions of interest were received from investors. Of these, the Euro Pack company was recognized as the winner, offering the highest price to ensure the future stable development of the production process. Euro Pack fully meets the established requirements for acquiring a package of state shares in the authorized capital of Uzbekistan Champagne JSC worth 72 billion UZS. The buyer also undertakes to invest $18 million in addition to the payments made in the development of the enterprise in 2024-2025.
