According to the National Statistics Committee, 42,400 Italian citizens visited Uzbekistan for tourism purposes between January and November 2025.

This represents a 4,400-visitor increase, or 11.7 percent, compared with the same period last year.

The breakdown of Italian visitors by purpose of travel is as follows:

Tourism: 40,089 people;

Visiting relatives: 1,235 people;

Business travel: 938 people;

Education: 94 people;

Medical treatment: 3 people;

Commerce: 2 people.
