As of December 1, 2025, 336 enterprises with U.S. capital were operating in Uzbekistan, according to the National Statistics Committee.

Of these enterprises, 146 are joint ventures, while 190 are foreign-owned companies.

The presence of U.S. capital reflects continued economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United States across various sectors.
