At the event, organized by Uzbekistan Standardization, Metrology and Certification Agency (Uzstandard), detailed information was presented on activities of the joint venture “Uzbek – Turk test markazi” (Uzbekistan – Turkey test center) organized in Uzbekistan to create amenities for entrepreneurs, certification and testing of products in accordance with international standards, wide use of the experience of leading countries.

Currently, the joint venture, created in cooperation with Uzstandard agency and Turkish Standards Institution, has departments and testing laboratories for product certification and quality management systems. They carry out certification of products of light industry, electrical and mechanical engineering. To expand the scope of service in the structure of the joint venture, a department for certification of quality management systems has been created. To recognize the provided services internationally, an international accreditation of the department has been carried out.
